Civilisation is a harmless multiplication of unnecessary necessities

We plunder our planet for its resources and we freely support the slavery and slaughter of sentient beings.

Put more into life by taking on worthwhile responsibilities.  

Simplicity, freedom, serenity from tension and anxiety.  Living harmoniously with a sense of achievement that promotes integrity and self-respect.

Freedom from restrictive and coercive economic pressure. 

Associating many with riches gives us perverted economic principles.  

All life needs to be respected not exploited.

Work needs to be significant, self-directed, constructive and interesting,

Body in health, emotions in balance, mind in tune and a vision fixed on a better life and world.

Health is one of the most important elements in having a good life and the better the health the more adequate and satisfying the life.

We have become largely unsettled, unattached, uncommited, insecure and uncertain human beings.  We live in a society that takes disease for granted and looks at good health as being lucky or exceptional.  

If you wish to be healthy you must practice health on all levels physical, emotional, mental and spiritual the sum total of being alive and avoiding dis-ease.

It is a far better world when we love, create and construct than hate, undermine and destroy.  Life is enriched by aspiration and effort not acquision and accumulation.  Live life in earnest and look for opportunities to learn, serve, build truth, beauty and justice into the world.

Simplicity instead of multiplicity, complexity and confustion.  Escape from the busyness of busy and develop the art of slowing down, taking time to ponder, observe and wonder.  Replace fear, worry and hate with serenity, purpose and at oneness.  Freedom from the social order of greed and functioning through explanation, acquisition and accumulation.
